The recent passage of Public Act 285 (pharmacy technician
licensure) has raised many questions here in Michigan. The
effective date of the legislation is quickly approaching. While we wait to see
if the proposed amendment to postpone the enforcement date passes
out of the Michigan Legislature, Michigan Pharmacists Association (MPA) has
created a one-stop Web site page to assist with answering our members questions! Since this new legislation affects almost
all of our members, we are responding by providing a central location where
they can access resources to address their needs. We built the page based on
the questions that our members have been asking. The page includes links
and resources focused on the following:
To access the page, please visit www.MichiganPharmacists.org/techlicensure and login as a member!
